The course starts on Friday 14th June and ends on 19th July. You must commit to all 6 weeks to attend and be aged 18 years or over. You also need to wear closed shoes and have your hair tied back.

The classes are run by OzHarvest's nutrition, education skills training (NEST) program.

NEST is aligned with the Australian Dietary Guidelines and works with everyone to set realistic goals around healthy eating, which are reviewed and revised each week, so real and lasting change can be made.
