Tai chi is a slow, meditative form of movement with proven benefits, such as improved balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. It is based on Chinese Qigong and martial art techniques from thousands of years ago.

No previous experience is required and no special clothing is needed. Just wear a loose, comfy outfit and flat shoes.

The class is gentle and conducted in a safe, supportive environment. It is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.

Discover what your body is capable of doing. Learn to move easily. Experience inner stillness.

This fun and relaxing beginners class has been running in Potts Point for 20 years with tai chi trainer Fiona Black.
