This 8-week studio access course is a fantastic opportunity for experienced printmaking students to develop their own self-directed projects with support from an expert printmaker.
In our well-equipped printmaking studio, you’ll have access to all the equipment needed for relief block printing, dry point etching and photographic plates. Basic materials including inks and proofing paper are also provided. Specialty papers and materials to be provided by student in discussion with tutor.
You’ll work at your own pace on your project with technical assistance and advice from our experienced tutor on hand.
Instruction is provided on materials, products, tools, equipment and studio procedures.
This course takes place on Wednesdays over 8 weeks:
Week 1: 8 May, 10am to 1pm
Week 2: 15 May, 10am to 1pm
Week 3: 22 May, 10am to 1pm
Week 4: 29 May, 10am to 1pm
Week 5: 5 June, 10am to 1 pm
Week 6: 12 June, 10am to 1pm
Week 7: 19 June, 10am to 1pm
Week 8: 26 June, 10am to 1pm
Small class size: maximum 8 students
Level: designed for intermediate to advanced students 18+yrs
Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
Bring yourself – Basic materials including inks and proofing paper are provided.
