Bridget Marie: 'Her Anatomy'

‘Her Anatomy’ is a collection of painted works on canvas by emerging contemporary artist Bridget Marie, who first begun working on this project in 2022.

The works are a tangible investigation of the the female form and the body as an archive of experience. The collection address healing through bodily intelligence and focuses on a number of human bodily systems. 

These works have been created though the artist’s own technique of body-printing paired with detailed brush work. The surreal images created are representative of energetic and internal spaces. 

‘Her Anatomy’ endeavours to enthuse and educate audiences on the graceful power of a woman, healing.
