Learn Javanese gamelan, a percussion ensemble that is both fun to play and soothing to listen to.
Play gongs, metallophones and drums that interlock to create mesmerising melodies and rhythms.
Try out the Javanese gamelan in a free trial workshop on Saturday 4 May from 1:30pm to 3pm and then learn to play basic pieces in an eight-week hands-on course ($120.00 per participant) held on Saturdays from 1.30pm to 3pm from 11 May to 29 June.
